WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO ME?

I think that I feel most connected to Ottawa in Canada because I’ve lived there for 7 years. I wasn’t born there, I was born in France. It is really important to me because Canada is freedom, you can do everything there. The nature is beautiful, the people are nice, the food is excellent, and the environment is great… You can think that Canada is another world! Canada is so much better than other countries. I also feel connected to the hole of Canada.

WHERE IS IT?

Canada is in America, North America, on top of the United States of America. Canada is really big. I think it is the biggest country in the world. Ottawa is at the bottom right corner of Canada. Ottawa is the Capital of Canada.

WEATHER, ANIMALS, NATURE?

The climate in Canada is always different. It can be really hot or really cold, or it can simply be warm. There are a lot of animals in Canada because the nature is great. There are a lot of forests, rivers and other things. I think animals are perfect in Canada because they’ve got a lot of space to live in and they are in a great environment. The landscape is beautiful.

I think there could be way more animals in Canada or in other countries if hunters wouldn’t kill so many. Animals should deserve life like us human beans. They shouldn’t be always running away to hide from bad guys, they should be staying ware they are eating or having fun.

LANGUAGES, ACCENT?

In Quebec the people speak French and English but mostly French. They have a really strong accent, which makes real French people laugh. It would probably make other people from other countries laugh to.

Most people in Ottawa speak English but it is possible that people speak other languages. In the hole of Canada there are quite a lot of languages.

STYLES OF CLOTHES?

The clothes in Canada are mostly the same as in England, USA, France etc. There are a lot of styles. For example people dress up in a skate style (baggy jeans, cool t-shirt, skate shoes…) or people can dress up in a sport style, gothic style… My style is probably skate style but a bit of gothic too because I like wearing chains on my jeans, spike bracelets, necklaces etc…

PEOPLE?

The people in Canada are correct because they usually say the right thing so that something doesn’t go wrong. For example people say in Canada to wear a helmet on a bike or a scoter so you can get less hurt, but in France people don’t care about wearing a helmet and there are way more accidents in France than in Canada.
