2004- Tsunamis spreads death across Asia

On 26^th December 2004,a series of devastated tsunami spread death across Asia. They were triggered by a 9.3 on the Richter scale under-sea earthquake, the second largest ever recorded. More than 200,000 people were reported dead or missing.

I was in Greece during my Christmas vacation, when we saw on TV the Indonesian Islands being taken over by these massive tsunamis. It was very upsetting  to see how the tsunamis spread over the island causing death to so many people.
