2006-
I was ranked 30/1 in Tennis

In May of 2006 I
received the intermediary ranking of 30/1 in FFT (Federation Français Tennis) after having won 53 out of 58
official matches I have played in the period October 2005-May 2006. It is the highest possible ranking in the
11-12 age category. It was also very significant step for me, as I moved 5
levels up from being NC (non classé) last season.
Only
a week after I have started making this website, the final ranking of the
season 2006 was published and brought some great news for me: I am now
officially ranked 15/5, two more levels higher than my intermediary
ranking!
It
was a great surprise for me as I had not played any matches during the
summer holidays and I thought that I had kept my intermediary ranking. It
was my friends at Stade Toulousain who came up to me and congratulated me
for my new ranking! I ran straight to the announcement table where the
list with all the players and their rankings was posted. I was amazed! It was a wonderful day as I had
received my
commendation certificate, 3 merits, my school midterm report where I had 10
A's, 2 B's and all 1's for effort, and last but not least my new
ranking!
