This year was important too, because I started learning new things, especially piano and English. These are very important to me, as these became my second language and first instrument. Piano, I wanted to learn how to play it for ages, and it could be very big event, because I'm very interested in music. Also, learning English was very important to me, because it's international language, and if I go to U.S. to live later on, it will be very important and useful.

When I first started piano, I was in a quite small place. There were several rooms in it, with each of them containing a piano. The teacher was very nice to me, and I started with playing "CDCDCDCDCDC" .
After an year or less, I moved to another place, which was rather bigger than the first one. There were 4 or more teachers, and I was usually taught to one teacher or sometimes two. The system was quite useful. When students first come in, they would have to learn music, like the symbols and so on, on their studying books. After that, the teachers would call the next person, and they would go to their lesson. After they had finished, the teachers would send them to one of the several rooms, and they would have to practice what they learnt.
But there is a boss. Maybe once a week, the students would have to go to the boss to show what they'd learnt. Also, some of them gets taught only by the boss. The boss is pretty more strict and so their skills would improve more quickly. So, I started off with being taught by the normal teachers, but later on, I got taught only by the boss teacher. I entered to several contests, and got prizes as well. The best result was 2nd prize.

For learning  English, I started it with a very kind teacher who taught me very interestingly with drawing pictures and so on. She taught me through what was called "story study". There was series of books for young kids to read, and the teacher taught me with those books. After that, I learnt English with many other teachers, Viva - the only English one I had (probably American), one Korean man, two Korean women... Anyway, those are what made me to here. (Oh, and of course Tanya, Mrs. Patrick, and the secondary teachers from here as well!)
