The Individuals was a large part of making quarry bank mill so successful. If they didn't work hard, then the mill would not have been so successful. Luckily the workers were treated well and were very privileged. The Gregs knew doing that was a good idea. The workers know would be more determined to work hard, this helped better products to be produced. Quarry bank mill was so successful because Samuel Gregg was a serious, hardworking, energetic man who was determined to achieve a lot. The mill was so successful because Samuel Gregg was clever enough to find a stream where the water could flow fast enough to turn his water wheel.
