Individual Skills
| Samuel Greg had to
make sure that he employed the right people. He needed many different
skilled workers to work on his new and quite developed machines. He also
needed good crafts-men to build the mill, if it wasn't built properly it
might not have been still standing here today.
The workers, therefore had to
have indivisual skills of their own to work the machines and know what
they're doing. |

wasn't for inventors, Quarry Bank Mill would not have been so successful.
The indivisual skills of some hard-working men really changed the way
mills and factories were run.
