Technological Change

 

Quarry Bank Mill was very successful because it had all the latest technology and machines. Things would have been done quicker and more efficiently with the help of new inventions. Quarry Bank Mill simply would not have improved and developed as well as it did if there wasn't any new inventions.

But, of course the new technology needed to be levelled with new improvements over the steam engine.
