Read this section of the Medieval Pilgrimage website and make a copy of the text on your laptop and then answer the following questions:

  9. How might grateful pilgrims thank a saint for a miraculous event?
  10. At Canterbury cathedral there is a stained glass window that tells the story of Sir Jordan Fitz- Eisulf. Why do you think the church had the window made?
