Hitler believed that the Aryan race was the better race of all the others. He believed they were the most intelligent, strong and cultural. He and many others wanted to keep the Aryan race alive and well. This meant increasing the birth rate of Aryan race and reducing the birth rate of other, non-Aryan race.
