My view point about Korean War is perhaps
limited to Korean people but it represent the view of Koreans against the Korean
War which are very different compare to foreigner's one.
My grandmother, when she was about my age,
escaped from North Korea to South Korea. Only her father, her brother and
herself escaped. Neither her mother or her young sister or even her grandmother couldn't
because they were to slow to escape. They each other promised to meet again but
it didn't kept until now. She doesn't know anything about them, even dead or
alive.

If we look back to the causes, this war really
broke out because of the attitude of USA and USSR against each other. Our people
didn't want our land divided in two, we believed each other. We feel really
strange especially my generation. It's same blood, same people. I heard that there was an attack by north Koreans
on the day of match between Turkey and Korea. Four soldier of South Korean was
dead. North Koreans and South Koreans are like a family? Why they killing each
other?
Before I just hated the communism. It was an
idea common in Korea which seems like normal. But I had a different education in
France in IST, which made me look in different views. The communist succeeded
to make people to follow them. Their idea fitted to the condition and that's
all.
