Neil Harding took some time out of his busy world lecture tour to
speak to the IB history group.
Professor Harding is Head of Politics at the University of Wales,
Swansea and is a world authority on the work of the Vladimir Lenin.
Next month Neil will be a keynote speaker in the first
conference in China to invite Western intellectuals to discuss the
subject of Marxism.
